So this is probably more of a WLW tip than a Graffiti tip or maybe it falls into the "Did you know" catagory.  For this tip you will have already configured WLW to post to your Graffiti site. 

1. Create a new post in WLW.
2. Drop down the save draft menu in WLW
3. Choose Post Draft to Weblog

Your draft post will now appear in the draft folder in your control panels posts view. You can also access it again from WLW from the recently posted menu when you want to publish for real.
